Shenzhen and The Netherlands are making concerted effort to forge a Sino-Dutch cooperation aiming at developing and realising a low‐carbon city in the Pingdi area of Shenzhen. The two parties have co-hosted the Sino-Dutch low carbon city review meeting in Longgang District, Shenzhen.
