Dr. Wu is now the doctoral adviser and visiting professor of Nankai University, the economic consultant for Guiyang Municipality of Guizhou Province, the Independent Director of Shenzhen Fountain Corporation. He was responsible for the “CDI Macro-economic Climate Index” from 1995 to 1997. He also presides over “Urbanization and public policy Column” on Chinese Financial Daily. In recent years, Dr. Wu focuses his research on four fields: urbanization and its public policies; industrial and regional development; macro-economy; strategic consulting for large enterprises.
